Cd ; Institutions wishing to provide health services must have minimum requirements set out by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, in order to enable their services and offer quality services by minimizing the risks that may arise. With this investigation, it was determined which were the main flaws that have prevented the service from being enabled to date. That is why the habilitation conditions in the area of dentistry will be verified, in the ESE Integrated Hospital Sabana de Torres, 2017. A descriptive study was carried out, with a qualitative approach, which collects data to understand the phenomenon. This approach allowed to verify aspects that contain the checklists of Resolution 2003 of 2014 and that are part of the conditions of the dentistry service. When applying the checklists it was found: The general dentistry service meets 53% and presents multiple failures in this regard as inadequate infrastructure, outdated protocols, and instrument failure and deterioration, similar behavior has the practice with a compliance of 39 % where the aforementioned failures prevail. It was possible to identify the current state of the quality in the rendering of the dentistry service as well as their strengths and opportunities for improvement. Finally, an action plan was designed based on the findings in the verification, which will be very useful to undertake improvement processes. ; Las instituciones que deseen prestar el servicio de salud deben contar con requisitos mínimos expuestos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección social, para poder habilitar sus servicios y ofrecer servicios con calidad minimizando los riesgos que se puedan presentar.
