Objective: To review the food availability axis of Food and Nutritional Security in the municipalities of Gachancipá, Cogua and Nemocón, belonging to the Sabana Centro province, in the department of Cundinamarca, Colombia. Methodology: We developed a study to characterize the local food market in the selected municipalities. We identified three central aspects (supply, food circuits and domestic food market).
