On the possibility of RTCs in the Dutch demersal fishery

VISNED has asked IMARES to do conduct a short feasibility study on the possibility of Real time closures (RTCs) as a tool for the Dutch demersal fishery to cope with the landing obligation (EU regulation 1380/2013). This assignment is part of the EVF-project “Innovatieve discardvermindering in de praktijk” (Innovative discard reduction in practice).
