Quality of life and costs of patients prior to colorectal surgery

Objective: To assess the quality of life and societal costs of patients prior to colorectal surgery in the Netherlands. Methods: This study is embedded in a previous randomized controlled trial (SANICS II). The quality of life was measured using EQ-5D-5L questionnaires.
