Nodal Policing in the Netherlands: Strategic and Normative Considerations on an Evolving Practice

This article focuses on the nodal orientation of the Dutch police, which is an innovative and controversial target of Dutch policing. This target states that the police should focus on flows and on places where the various flows coincide.
