On bounded second Riesz p(.)-variable variation

In this paper we define the concept of functions of bounded second p(.)-variable variation. Further we obtain some relation between a function of bounded second p(.)-variable variation on an interval [a,b] with the Luxemburg norm on the variable Lp(x) [a, b] space and the norm of the usual Lp [a, b].
