DERECHOS DE LA MUJER Y SENTIMIENTO RELIGIOSO: LA ESCLAVITUD INVISIBILIZADA DENUNCIADA POR WAKEFIELD, WOLLSTONECRAFT, TRISTÁN Y LUXEMBURGO

This article studies the relationship between discrimination against women and religious feeling in two liberal authors, Priscilla Wakefield and Mary Wollstonecraft, and two socialist authors, Flora Tristán and Rosa Luxemburg. Different political and economic ideologies produce in the nineteenth century identical women’s discrimination, so the authors tend to display a form of religiosity that is increasingly detached from formal structures and institutions
