ABOUT OF SOVIET-FRENCH COOPERATION DURING THE WORLD WAR II
In the run-up to the 70 anniversary of the Victory of the anti-Hitlerite coalition countries over fascist Germany attempts "to rewrite" history, to belittle a role and USSR value in achievement of the Victory. Article describes the USSR role in formation of France as member of the anti-Hitlerite coalition and the winner country of fascism after defeating by Germany. Article describes the USSR role in formation of France as member of the anti-Hitlerite coalition and the winner country of fascism after defeating by Germany. The compromise policy of the France leadership on the eve of World War II concerning Hitlerite Germany is underlining. Refusal of France in signing of the defensive contract with the USSR is noted, therefore France in 1940 was occupied by fascist troops. Formation of French resistance - occupation patriots is considering. The help of the USSR to the movement "Free France" headed by the general Ch. de Gaulle is emphasized. These efforts allowed France to become one of the winner countries of fascism.
