Construct and Criterion Validity of the Dutch Workaholism Scale (DUWAS) Within the South African Financial Services Context

This research investigated the construct and criterion validity of the English version of the Dutch Work Addiction Scale (DUWAS) within the South African financial services context (n = 345).
