How my Ukrainian father came to the UK

Father was a Ukrainian displaced person - he never told his story. He said he was in Red Cross (camp) in Trieste. Lots of things (personal items) given to the museum in Torquay (Bygones). Brought to the UK and placed into transition camps. Married in 1949. Returned to Ukraine when Russia pulled out (Soviet Union collapsed). Documents not found until he died. Pictures of Luftwaffe.
