This study aims to determine the participation of the community in planning development in Sabang village, Dampelas district, Donggala regency. The research used descriptive research type and basic qualitatiiaf research then used data collection technique by way of field study and literature study. Informant's disbursement uses purposive sampling method where the researcher deliberately chooses people who are considered to understand the problem studied, and in this research the researcher uses 4 informants. Then the researcher uses Juliantara theory with 3 indicators namely voice, access and control. The community participation in Sabang village can be said to be good enough. This can be seen from the involvement of the community in giving their participation in the form of voice, access and control in the Village Development Planning Sabang Dampelas District Donggala District.
