En Colombia, especialmente en la Sabana de Bogotá, el género Drosophila ha sido poco estudiado, pues solo se han reportado estudios taxonómicos en los años 60's y en la actualidad hay estudios a nivel molecular con la especie Drosophila pseudoobscura bogotana, la cual se encuentra reportada en Colombia únicamente en el Altiplano Cundiboyacense. Debido a esto es importante estudiar Drosophila a nivel taxonómico y sistemático para abordar el estudio de la biodiversidad de este género en el país. ; In Colombia, especially in the Savannah of Bogotá, the genus Drosophila has been little studied, now that only morphological studies have been reported in the 60's along with current studies at the molecular level to the specie Drosophila pseudoobscura bogotana, which was reported in Colombia only in the Altiplano Cundiboyacense. Because of this, it is important the study of Drosophila in taxonomic and systematic level to address the biodiversity of this kind in the country. This study was conducted in order to obtain a preliminary survey of the wealth of Drosophila in the Savannah of Bogotá. For this survey, four sites were selected (La Calera, Facatativa, Salto del Tequendama and Chocontá). Closed traps with fermented fruit and yeast were used to attract individuals. The taxonomic determination was made to the level of species groups using keywords, genitalia analysis and morphological major indices. There were a total of ten species groups (two of these reports were not found in the genre for the department of Cundinamarca) distributed in the Drosophila and Sophophora subgenera. The analysis showed that is needed an intense sampling. In addition, the morphospecies in each site of collection were different, which shows the diversity of Drosophila in the Savannah of Bogotá. ; Biólogo (a) ; Pregrado
