The strong anthropic pressure, the high degree of endemism and decline of frogs populations recorded in this biome reinforce the importance of these studies. There are not frogs registry for Covais, a type of vegetation within the fields, a subsystem in the Cerrado biome. This paper presents a survey of frogs species in two conservation situations in Covais in Jatai, southwest of the State of Goiás: Covais preserved and occupied by agriculture to 15 years. During the study, 17 species were recorded distributed in 7 genera and 4 families in preserved Coval and 4 species in the occupied by agriculture. Enhanced temporal and spatial overlap was observed between phylogenetically related species. ; Brasil es poseedor de la mayor riqueza y diversidad en anfibios del mundo, a pesar de esto, los inventarios de anuros en la Sabana Tropical, el segundo mayor bioma del país, son bastante escasos. La fuerte presión antrópica, el alto grado de endemismo y el declive de las poblaciones de anuros registrados en este bioma, refuerzan la importancia de estos estudios. No existen inventarios de anuros para los cubiles, una fitofisonomía dentro de los Campos, subsistema del bioma Sabana Tropical. El presente trabajo presenta un levantamiento de especies de anuros en dos situaciones de conservación en el municipio de Jataí, sudoeste del estado de Goiás: Cubiles preservados y ocupados por agricultura. Fueron registradas 17 especies clasificadas en 7 géneros y 4 familias en el cubil preservado y 4 especies en el ocupado por la agricultura.
