Objective: to characterize the lifestyles of 11th grade students in the official schools of the Sabana Centro Province, Cundinamarca, based on beliefs and practices around physical activity, free time management, eating habits, consumption of psychoactive substances and self-care. Methods: a quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out in a sample of 281 students.
