In Arauca (flood plain), Colombia, between June 2006 and December 2007, a crop of yellow passion fruit was established; set up at 3.5 m between plants and furrows; a simple supporting plant structure with high beds was used,along with irrigated fertilization (on field A) and soil fertilization (on field B).
