The article examines the dairy chain from Bogotá Savanna’s variables that affect the links of herds, processors and marketers, having in mind the following aspects: logistics, production, and quality. The investigation used amfe method to perform the analysis; we explaine how such variables were studied to establish which of them have a greater incidence, and in that way generate more competitiveness by means of anova statistical variance test. The results allow different studied links’ managers, from small to medium companies as well, to estimate the potential of each of the variables analyzed to improve the mentioned aspects. ; El artículo examina las variables de la cadena de lácteos de la Sabana de Bogotá que inciden en los eslabones de hatos, procesadoras y comercializadoras, teniendo en cuenta la logística, la producción y la calidad. La investigación utilizó el método amfe para realizar el análisis. Se explica cómo se estudiaron tales variables para establecer cuáles de ellas tienen una mayor incidencia, y así generar más competitividad mediante la prueba estadística varianza anova. Los resultados permiten a los administradores de los diferentes eslabones estudiados, tanto de pequeñas como de medianas empresas, estimar el potencial de cada una de las variables analizadas para mejorar los aspectos mencionados.
