This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. To collect the required data, data collecting instruments consisted of observation and interviews. After doing the research will have results. Based on the results of the research obtained through observations and interviews that the character of elementary school children in Panyanggar Saba Jae can be obtained badly and badly, the main factors causing children to have low morals are education from parents, schools and the community. The dominant problems that occur in the morals of elementary school children towards their parents in Panyanggar Village are impolite, less polite, and lack of discipline. The morals of elementary school children are the most dominant thing today, because due to the condition of parents who are not good at paying attention to their children, they are busy working to support them, so they do not have time to teach how to behave well towards younger ones and how to behave towards older ones. And the lack of parental upbringing for their children.
