Emergency care reconfiguration in the Netherlands: conflicting interests and trade-offs from a multidisciplinary perspective

Abstract Many countries are reconfiguring their emergency care systems to improve quality and efficiency of care, and this often includes the concentration of emergency departments (EDs).
