Incentives to contribute to flood adaptation in cities : Stakeholder analyses in Belgium, the UK and the Netherlands
Increasingly, urban stakeholders are becoming more engaged in contributing to reducing the intensified flooding risks due to climate change in Belgium, the UK and the Netherlands.
