Cultural Differences in Hiring practices - Finland, the Netherlands and Spain

The aim of this study was to find out the main cultural differences between three Euro-pean countries in hiring practices. The focus is on the interview part for it is the part where most of the communication happens. The countries studied are Finland, the Netherlands and Spain.
