Foreign Intelligence

Even after an armistice has been declared Bonaparte is still attacking the Archduke Charles, while the Venetians are massacring wounded French soldiers and the preliminaries for peace are being discussed. The British government is raising taxes to help pay for their involvement while their towns are being plundered for guns and supplies. Finally Louis VXIII is calling on French patriotism to overthrow the Republic and return the royalists to power.
