Dormant employment contracts in the Netherlands
These Dutch news will focus on the problem of the so-called dormant employment contracts and the solution that was eventually found for that problem. A dormant employment contract is a contract that still exists, but that is not executed any more. The employer does not pay wages and the employee does not work.
