The effects on health related outcomes of a newly-developed rehabilitation program, called 'supported Fast Track multi-trauma rehabilitation service' (Fast Track), were evaluated in comparison with conventional trauma rehabilitation service (Care as Usual).Prospective, multi-center, non-randomized controlled study.
