Pharmacy data as a tool for assessing antipsychotic drug use:the pharmacists' challenge in schizophrenia care

In this thesis, we describe several methods, which the pharmacist can deploy to become a full careprovider in the disease management of schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is one of the most severe psychiatric disorders, that frequently requires lifelong treatment. The efforts of a mental health care team of several different disciplines, including the pharmacist, are necessary to optimally consolidate the condition of the patient with schizophrenia. .
