Tofacitinib for ulcerative colitis: results of the prospective Dutch Initiative on Crohn and Colitis (ICC) registry

BACKGROUND: Tofacitinib is a Janus kinase inhibitor approved for the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC). AIM: To evaluate effectiveness, safety and use of tofacitinib in daily practice.
