His452Tyr 5-HT2A polymorphism and intravaginal ejaculation latency time in Dutch men with lifelong premature ejaculation

Lifelong premature ejaculation (LPE) may have heritable components. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors have been proven effective in prolonging intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT).
