Schenectady County Deed D1117e

Quit claim deed dated May 20, 1714 from Ryer Schermerhoorn to the Dutch Church of Schenectady, New York, for a lot of arable land on the north side of the Mohawk River called the Sixth Flat and also twenty acres of woodland lying behind the Sixth Flat going to a creek called Togqutchere or Color Creek.
