Reformed Church, Kinderhook, N.Y. (1)
A photographic postcard depicting the Kinderhook Reformed Church on Broad Street in Kinderhook, N.Y. Three small trees stand in front of the building, and a dirt road runs perpendicular to the church. Originating as a mission for an Albany church c. 1677, the Dutch Reformed Church became a separate organization in 1712. Pictured is the fourth version of the building, built in 1869 (History of Old Kinderhook New York, Collier 270 and 273).
