Esta realidad actual hace cada vez más difícil que empresas medianas y pequeñas puedan competir por un espacio en el mercado nacional. El presente plan de marketing está destinado a la empresa FINATEX que es una fiel representante del pequeño y mediano empresario de la ciudad de Quito, que necesita tener mayor presencia en el mercado capitalino. Esta investigación se fundamenta principalmente en la necesidad que tiene la organización de atraer mayor clientes en sus locales comerciales y re afianzar su presencia en la urbe. En cual se propone estrategias que permitirán que los objetivos organizaciones de la gerencia puedan plasmarse en un periodo determinado.
