The present study main object was to determine the motivation and work performance that exists in the workers of the "Urben Sabanilla" association, Pedro Carbo Canton, and with the results obtained, it was possible to structure a model guide for an administrative management plan for employees. owners and hired workers of the buses for public transportation. The investigative process was able to establish the problems affecting the sector because there is no good administrative management that allows for the effectiveness and efficiency of those involved in this public transport, especially after the country's pandemic. As a result, the veracity of the general objective was evidenced, the demotivation of work performance, verifying that it is necessary to develop training and productive administrative activities to enhance good service both internally and externally. The result was obtained with the application and use of qualitative, quantitative, bibliographic, and analytical methods such as interviews and surveys, which led to five important stages: stage I: Situational diagnosis; Stage II: guide planning; Stage III: The organization of directors and owners; Stage IV: The execution of the guide; Stage V: Control and monitoring.
