The plan

The work speaks to the artist's interest in white space in texts and her fascination for printed materials and propaganda books from the former East Germany. This title consists of a book and a folder, forming one object. The book contains 26 pictures reproduced from miniature books published in the German Democratic Republic during the 1980s. Each book is accompanied by an original, pre-owned GDR folder, obtained from households in the former state. The folder comes with a fold-out sheet of the Plan.; Library has 052/150 copies.
