Persistence of oral anticoagulant treatment for atrial fibrillation in the Netherlands: A surveillance study
Abstract Background In contrast to vitamin K antagonists (VKA), direct oral anticoagulants (DOAC's) are not strictly monitored and dose titrated by anticoagulation clinics in the Netherlands.
