This research focuses on the impact of group counseling based on Holland's theory on career planning for twelfth-grade students at Public Senior High School 1 Takalar. Using a quantitative approach and a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design, the study involved 57 students as the population, with 20 students selected as the sample divided into experimental and control groups.
