Carl Wilhelm Bollaan (1857-1914)
In 1901, the forerunner of the Dutch Society for Radiology was founded. Although Wertheim Salomonson (1864-1922) is always mentioned as the founder, it is in fact Bollaan (1857-1914) who took the initiative.
