The article shows the genesis of Dutch settlement in the contemporary Zgierz county, which originated at the end of the 18th century, and the cultural heritage of village which is reflected in tourism. The geohistorical analysis involve legal and social matters of arisen settlements. While the attempt of charting the Dutch settlement trail the morphological aspects and cultural heritage objects such as cemetaries and rural farmhouses were provided. ; Artykuł przedstawia genezę osadnictwa olęderskiego we współczesnych granicach powiatu zgierskiego, zapoczątkowanego pod koniec XVIII w. oraz dziedzictwo kulturowe wsi tego obszaru w kontekście turystyki. Analizy geohistoryczne objęły zagadnienia prawno-społeczne powstałych osad. Podczas próby wytyczenia turystycznego szlaku osadnictwa olęderskiego zostały uwzględnione aspekty morfologiczne i obiekty dziedzictwa kulturowego, tj. cmentarze i zagrody wiejskie.
