Cross border crisis management concept : Establishing cooperation measures between Dutch and German veterinary authorities in animal disease control

The objective of this thesis consisted in the development of cross border cooperation management in animal disease control. Particularly, the experiences and intentions of public and private stakeholders have been identified and inluded in this research in order to find out to what degree cross border cooperation can be regarded as a benefit to national animal disease control strategies.
