Schenectady County Deed D1870

Transfer of property about five miles east of Schenectady, New York, from the Minister, Elders and Deacons of the Reformed Protestant Dutch Church of Schenectady to Gerret Van Antwerp (cordwainer) on February 21, 1787 for a yearly rent of two shillings and six pence. In 1790 Gerret Van Antwerp transferred this property back to the Dutch Church for five shillings. Other persons mentioned include James Lythall, Simon Van Antwerp, Abraham Van Vorst, D.
