Deed, dated October 25, 1802, conveying a parcel of land in the third ward of Schenectady, New York, on the south side of the Mohawk River, in the area called the Flatts, one and a half miles west of the Dutch Church, from Richard Rosa (a carpenter) and Nancy, his wife, to Lewis Barhydt (a blacksmith), for $287.50.
