The data of research is Indonesia and Dutch language that contening predicates, and techniques of data collection is reading and note. The resource of data in this research is writing text that there is in sentence of grammar books in Indonesian and Dutch language, and research technique of collection data is reading and notes. The teclmigue of reading is done by researcher as first instrumentto read seriously and than to make notes of the data. Technique of analisys data is done by comparating predicate in Indonesian and Ducht language that based on form of words. Result of this research are the difference of subject and tense do not load changes the form of word in predicate in Indonesian language but difference of subject and tense do load changes the form of word in predicate in Dutch language.
