International audience ; The question of the industrialization in the particular context of a rent-oriented economy can be apprehended in a particularly fertile way through the analysis of the combination of the institutional forms, which are considered as fundamental by the Regulation School. After a characterization of the changes which took place, these two last decades, in the concrete configuration of each of the institutional forms, it is intended to highlight the institutional dimension of the question of industrialization through the examination of the impact of each of the institional form on the development of a manufacturing industry in Algeria. ; La question de l'industrialisation dans le contexte particulier d'une économie rentière peut être appréhendée de façon féconde à travers l'analyse de la combinaison des formes institutionnelles considérées comme fondamentales par l'Ecole de la régulation. Après une caractérisation des évolutions qui ont eu lieu, ces deux dernières décennies, dans les configurations concrètes de chacune des formes institutionnelles de la Régulation, on se propose de mettre en relief la dimension institutionnelle de la question de l'industrialisation à travers notamment l'identification de certaines des principales caractéristiques des nouveaux arrangements institutionnels au regard des nécessités du développement de l'activité industrielle en Algérie.
