The comparative performance of for-profit, public and third sector providers. The case of the "service-vouchers" field in Belgium".

Within the Belgian service-voucher system, various types of organizations can provide services (house cleaning, ironing and various types of help to vulnerable persons). Based on a detailed survey covering 50 providers of different types, this paper examines their comparative performance based on three different specifications of the latter and by using Data Envelopment Analysis.
