The new industrial sites in Belgium.- A new formula which complies with both national town and country planning and regional development, the industrial zones and estates have had a profond influence on the distribu¬tion of the location of new sites in Belgium territory. A critical study of the location and occupations of these new sites makes it possible to weigh up the recent changes which have happened in the industrial geography of Belgium and to suggest certain modifications with a view to a more balanced distribution of the sites and a more rational, utilisation of the ground. ; Formule nouvelle située à la rencontre de 1'aménagement du territoire et du développement régional,les zones et les parcs industriels ont influencé profondément la répartition des nouvelles implantations sur le territoire belge. Une étude critique de la localisation et de l'occupation de ces nouveaux sites permet de dresser un bilan des changements récents intervenus dans la géographie industrielle de la Belgique. Elle permet aussi de proposer des modifications en vue d'une répartition plus équilibrée des terrains et d'une utilisation plus rationnelle du sol.
