Une étude critique de la localisation et de l'occupation de ces nouveaux sites permet de dresser un bilan des changements récents intervenus dans la géographie industrielle de la Belgique. Elle permet aussi de proposer des modifications en vue d'une répartition plus équilibrée des terrains et d'une utilisation plus rationnelle du sol.
