Brussels Living Lab Implementation Plan and Logbook

The Deliverable 5.1 is a report on the activities of the first task of WP5: “T5.1 - Inception of living lab and scoping of problems”. In this task, the context of the living lab will be defined by consulting local stakeholders. Stakeholders and their objectives will be identified and will be recruited for participation through local communication channels.
