Texte de la communication orale, complété de son présentation power point ; International audience ; Inside Lille, the border between Lille and Belgium is said to be very open as UE border; although, it seems to survive by original means. This study has a dual objective: the first focuses on a border system functioning specifically on a leisure, entertainment and consumption level. Second, this would allow the proposal of an analysis tool for the territorial identities building up around the border. Through historical and therefore ideological evolutions of the border practices, there is indeed a constant need to establish a break, an instrumental discontinuity to help the building of individual identities; individuals thus belong to groups. But also, this border is used to build the groups' identities themselves which, in order to be attractive, must present themselves as socio-spatial entities, precise and therefore defined. This discursive and hardly performative process of building can be well linked with Baudrillard's theoretical model of hyper-real spaces. ; Cette étude répond à un double objectif: tout d'abord, la mise en valeur d'un système frontalier fonctionnant ici spécifiquement dans le champs des loisirs, du divertissement et de la consommation. Installés à Lille (rue Masséna) et en Belgique (en particulier Nationale 50, Ménin, Péruweltz) chacun de ces éléments est très spécialisé. Les passages frontaliers de fin de semaine y deviennent la principale cause de transit transfrontalier. En effet, cette apparente contradiction (son importance numérique, et le caractère affiché comme anodin de ces loisirs) s'explique car ces sorties transfrontalières doivent être envisagées comme événement festif identitaire. Cela a contribué à construire un des plus important districts spécialisés de loisirs européen, très diversifié et en permanente évolution, mais toujours engagé dans la construction-reconstruction de plusieurs types de frontières sur un même espace.
