This article analyzes the role that Greek immigrants played in Australia and Belgium concerning the augmentation of food exchanges, the alignment of consumption habits and the opening of the culinary repertoire. In both cases, internationalisation constitutes a commercial strategy assuring viability to a business funded by immigrants.
