International audience ; Since 1990s, in France and in Belgium, some legal reforms and their implementation have restrained the family rights generating similar consequences ‒ similar in the two countries ‒ for those binational couples. They, misinformed or got stuck in their administrative procedures, seek the services of lawyers and of associations.
