The Balanced ScoreCard in healthcare : findings from the Belgian case ; La Balanced ScoreCard dans le secteur des soins de santé : les enseignements du cas belge

This communication presents the main results coming from the survey led in Belgian hospitals as a part of the international study "Balanced ScoreCard in HealthCare".
