The University of Liege is involved in an Erasmus+ project focused on the development and implementation of an original pedagogic methodology aiming to tackle the inactivity problem among 11/13 years-old students. It combines theatre principles (open scenario) and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in order to increase the enjoyment of the youths during physical activity programmes.
