The text is a case study which deals with the theoretical and historical aspects in the dominant conflict in the Belgian kingdom which is the > linguistic cleavage between the Walloons and Flemish. The first part refers to the evolution and development of the Belgian state from the 1830, explicitely after the Second World War till nowadays.
