This experience report aims to explain the teaching-learning processes of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) analyzed in the light of the Theory of Affectivity proposed by Henri Wallon (2010). In addition to proposing a visualization about the overcoming of learning difficulties seen from the perspective of the socio-affective development of the subject. The research was conducted in a pedagogical monitoring institute, located in Fortaleza-CE, whose time of coexistence between teachers and selected students exceeded or equaled a year. The analysis included interviews with each student analyzed and later each responsible teacher answered a questionnaire that probed specific wallonian mechanisms of the student-teacher relationship that favored learning. It was found that the deepening of the interpersonal relationship in the pedagogical action contributed significantly to the improvement of the students' school performance. Furthermore, coexistence and empathy have become exponents in the identity construction of students. ; Este relato de experiência tem por objetivo explicitar os processos de ensino-aprendizagem de alunos com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) analisados à luz da Teoria da Afetividade proposta por Henri Wallon (2010), além de intencionar uma visualização acerca da superação das dificuldades de aprendizagem vista sob a ótica do desenvolvimento socioafetivo do sujeito. A pesquisa foi realizada em um instituto de acompanhamento pedagógico, situado em Fortaleza-CE, cujo tempo de convivência entre os professores e os alunos selecionados superasse ou igualasse a um ano. A análise contou com entrevistas a cada aluno analisado e, posteriormente, cada professor responsável respondeu um questionário que sondou mecanismos wallonianos específicos da relação discente-docente que favorecessem a aprendizagem.
